Reservations
- Policies & Travel Information
RESERVATIONS at the Lozier's Box "R" Ranch can be made by calling 1- 800- 822- 8466. A 25% non-refundable deposit via is required to confirm a reservation. We accept most major credit cards and personal checks. A 3% United States Forest Service fee, and non-optional 10% gratuity is added to all bills. The balance will be due upon your arrival at the ranch.TRAVEL: When arranging travel or airline tickets, Jackson , Wyoming, is our nearest airport (65 mi.) Transfers to and from Jackson are FREE on Saturdays and Sundays only between the time frame of 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.. (as a rule, we leave the ranch about 9 a.m.) If you require transfers outside of our transfer times (this includes all late arrivals, early departures, or delayed flights) you must, or upon request, we will arrange transfers with a local cab company "at your expense" (approx. $95-$150 per transfer). To avoid this possibility, arrange to spend the night before or the night after your vacation in Jackson. The Painted Buffalo Inn 1-800-288-3866 (Reference Box "R" Ranch 2008), or the Virginian Lodge at 1-800-262-4999 (Reference Box "R" Ranch) serve us extremely well. Flying into Salt Lake City, Utah, Idaho Falls, Id or Rock Springs, Wy. and renting a car are also economical options. Please call, we’ll be happy to discuss options with you. CHECK-IN MUST BE AFTER 3:00 P.M., and CHECK-OUT BEFORE 11:00 A.M. If you arrange a "Short Stay" arriving or departing the ranch on Wednesdays, we do not provide shuttle service, but we'd be happy to help you arrange transportation.ALL VACATION PACKAGES are All Inclusive, on a per-person /per-room basis and include: FREE weekend transfers to and from Jackson, WY (see TRAVEL above), all meals, lodging (see Meals & Lodging link page), expert cowboy guides, your own private horse and tack, all riding (except "optional" activities), fishing, hiking and outdoor activities on the ranch. Fishing poles and tackle are not available at the ranch, but can be rented or purchased in Pinedale or Jackson. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY: No booking is considered "confirmed" until a non-refundable 25% deposit is received. If a cancellation is made 45 days prior to your arrival, Box "R" Ranch, will carry-over the non-refundable deposit to the following year at that years’ rate-less a $100.00/per person handling fee. If the deposit is unused during the following year, or if a cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to your arrival said deposit will be deemed forfeited. EARLY DEPARTURES MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF ALL DEPOSITS OR PAYMENTS.LIABILITY: No guest of the Lozier's Box "R" Ranch will be allowed to participate until completing a reservation request and a signed liability waiver, accepting all risk involved with horseback riding or any other activities while at the ranch. Any person failing to observe and/or adhere to our safety rules or requests by staff may be restricted from any or all activities.
